Wow, at the time of this writing, it appeared as if housing relief was a savior. Perhaps, the problem is all the subdivisions that are springing up all over the place, and that people can't afford large homes. And then there's the whole property tax issue...

It will be interesting to look back on these times and see if these are really signs of relief. I would be interested to see what others think of this? Is this really relief? Or do you guys think that times will get worse?
